Congratulations to Tong Lu for completing his PhD

Tong Lu defended his PhD in August and has joined the start-up Pastoral, Inc. His dissertation was on the “Laser-based Rapid Prototyping Techniques for Liquid Metal Circuits”. Dr. Lu is the second PhD graduate out of SML. Congrats, Tong!
